Welcome to Freddy Palmer personal training program. I won the title of best bodybuilder in Ottawa in 1993. I have trained hundreds of satisfied customers since 1992. They include military personnel, construction workers, lawyers, doctors, dentists, police officers, fire fighters, recording artists, night club bouncers, sport athletes (golf, hockey, football, track, wrestling, baseball and martial arts) and even other personal trainers.
